Do you have a store?
LAMYSHOP.com.au is 100% online and we dispatch orders every single business day. We are based in Yarraville, Victoria. We have a variety of shipping options available to get your gear to you as quickly as possible! We are not able to offer pick up at our Warehouse site. LAMY is sold throughout Australia at pen specialists and other quality retailers.
ORDERS, PAYMENTS & DELIVERY
How do you send orders?
We dispatch the majority of orders via the Australia Post trackable eParcel service, which requires a signature on delivery, so we recommend providing your work address for delivery. These orders usually take 2-3 business days to dispatch (although this can be longer during sales and peak periods). If you require your order faster, select Australia Post Express Post and we will dispatch the next business day (price varies based on delivery location).
Though we also sometimes use other courier companies, no courier will leave packages unattended/unsigned for. If no one is there to sign for the parcel, courier will leave a calling card and you will need to collect your package from closest post office/delivery hub.
Our Melbourne Metro Customers also have the option of Same Day Courier for orders placed before 11am on business days (but you must be available to accept delivery, meaning a work address is best). This is super-fast and great if you need your order today.
Where do you ship to internationally?
No, we are only able to ship within Australia.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
LAMYSHOP.com.au usually takes 1-2 business days to process and dispatch your order. The amount of time it then take to get to you depends on what sort of postage you choose and your destination. Express Post is guaranteed next day delivery for a majority of Australians (sorry NT, WA and remote QLD addresses, you sometimes have to wait an extra day or two). Standard Australia Post deliveries can take 3-10 days to arrive at their destination.
In most cases, your order will ship within 2 business days of it being received and after it is paid in full. However, we occasionally get super busy during special occasions like Christmas, sales and holiday periods, which means you may have to wait a day or two longer than usual. Can I collect my order from your office if I'm in Melbourne?
Sorry, no; due to having such a busy warehouse, occupational health and safety concerns mean it isn’t safe to have customers visit our premises. If you need your order quickly, opt for Express Post or our same day courier service that is available for Melbourne deliveries.
Can I track my order?
Each order we send out has a tracking number that is provided by Australia Post or the carrier we use for same day. Your confirmation email will contain this tracking number so that you can track your parcel’s progress.
What payments do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) and PayPal.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping charges to Australian addresses are $8.90 for standard delivery, although if you spend over $80 you receive FREE standard shipping. Express Post delivery is $13.90 based on destination (get a quote in the cart when you put in your postcode). For Melbourne deliveries we offer a same day delivery service for $19.90.
Are items shipped together if I order multiple products?
In the vast majority of cases, items are shipped together when they are ordered together.
I just got my order and it's not exactly what I had in mind, what should I do?
Products purchased from LAMYSHOP.com.au automatically include our Simple 60-Day Return option (Refund or Exchange). This excludes: sale and discount items, gift cards, customised pens, and bulk purchases. If the item you ordered is not quite what you had in mind you can return it for an exchange or refund (exclusive of shipping costs) within 60 days of date of purchase. You receive full warranty protection on LAMY pens for two years.

Do you offer discounts on large or custom orders for business?

Do you have gift vouchers?
We have eGift vouchers available for purchase year-round. You can purchase these online and they are sent immediately via email. You can send direct to the gift recipient, or send it to yourself to print or forward to them at a later time.
How do I redeem an eGift Voucher?
Choose the items you would like to purchase and go to the Cart. You can enter your eGift card number in the payment section, and also check the status and amount of credit on your eGift Card. You do not need to spend the entire card value in a single transaction. If you spend over the eGift card amount, you can pay the difference on your own Credit Card.
I have a Coupon/Gift Voucher code that is no longer working - what do I do?
